The hotel does not run an airport shuttle. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is about 55 km away, a 45–55 minute drive. ADO buses link the airport to downtown Playa del Carmen for under $10 per person, and taxis are an option, with the fare agreed before you get in.
What are the check-in and check-out times, and what do I need to bring?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and the front desk is open 24 hours. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Bring a photo ID and a credit card for check-in. Pets and service animals are not allowed.
What is there to do on-site to make the most of an Elite Club stay?
