How do I get to the hotel from Cancún airport?
The hotel does not run an airport shuttle. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is about 55 km away, a 45–55 minute drive. ADO buses run from the airport to downtown Playa del Carmen for under $10 per person, and taxis are the other option. Agree the fare before getting in.
What are the check-in and check-out details?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and the front desk is open 24 hours. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). The main guest must be at least 18, and you will need to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
When is the best time to book a swim-up stay in Playa del Carmen?
The dry season from December to April brings clear skies, low humidity and calm seas. April, May and November are good shoulder months with fewer crowds. September is typically the wettest month, and sea temperatures stay warm all year at about 26–30°C.
